DGLAMX ships nationwide to all 50 United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the number of items in your order. There is no minimum order.
Orders arrive within 7–10 working days, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier. DGLAMX is not responsible for carrier delays, or for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we cannot reroute a package once it ships.
All sales are final on delivered items. DGLAMX does not accept returns or exchanges. Because our pieces are fashion items and personal accessories, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.
Every order is confirmed with the vendor shop right after checkout. In the rare case a piece has just sold out before we could confirm it, you’ll automatically receive store credit for the full amount you paid — sent to you by text and email, one-time use, never expires — or a full refund on request, processed same day. “All sales are final” applies to delivered items, never to orders we can’t fill.
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item and the packaging. The Owner of DGLAMX will review it and make it right.
Claims made after 48 hours cannot be honored.
Orders can only be cancelled before they ship. Email us right away if you need to cancel — once a tracking number is generated, the order is final.
DGLAMX sells trendy clothing, stylish shoes, statement purses and fashion jewelry. Product photography is taken in natural and studio lighting; colors may appear slightly different on your screen. Sizes and measurements listed are approximate.
Our jewelry is fashion jewelry, not fine jewelry. Keep pieces away from water, perfume, lotion and hairspray, and store dry. Fashion jewelry may contain base metals — if you have a known metal sensitivity, please email us before ordering.
These items are not intended for children under 13 and are not toys.
The Glamm Club is our free community — live video shopping nights, new-drop reveals, and style talk, open to everyone at d-glamx.com/club at no charge.
Glamm Club VIP is a $9.99/month membership billed monthly until cancelled. VIPs receive everything in the free club plus live vendor-shop sessions at least twice a month (seeing and claiming new pieces before they reach the website), a fresh 10% member code every month, and member pricing on select pieces. Cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing and membership benefits end at the close of the current billing period. Membership fees are non-refundable.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order — including after an order has been placed. If we cancel your order, you’ll be refunded in full.
Inventory is limited and moves quickly. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Availability is confirmed at checkout, then re-confirmed with the vendor shop after every order — if a piece can’t be filled, you automatically receive full store credit or a same-day refund (see Returns & Exchanges above).

DGLAMX’s total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or this website, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
We never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by our secure payment processor; card data goes directly to them.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever.
By joining the Glamm Club or providing your phone number, you consent to receive marketing emails and/or text messages from DGLAMX. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase.
We share only what’s necessary with the providers that make the store work: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, and our email/SMS delivery platform. Each is bound to protect your information.
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within 30 days.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
