D'GlamX ships nationwide to all 50 United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the number of items in your order. There is no minimum order.
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery inside the U.S. typically takes 3–5 business days. You'll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier. D'GlamX is not responsible for carrier delays, or for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we cannot reroute a package once it ships.
All sales are final. D'GlamX does not accept returns or exchanges. Because every item we sell is jewelry or a personal accessory, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item and the packaging. We'll review it and make it right.
Claims made after 48 hours cannot be honored.
Orders can only be cancelled before they ship. Email us right away if you need to cancel — once a tracking number is generated, the order is final.
Product photography is taken in natural and studio lighting. Colors may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your display. Sizes and measurements listed are approximate.
D'GlamX pieces are fashion jewelry and accessories, not fine jewelry. To keep them looking their best: keep away from water, perfume, lotion and hairspray, and store dry. Fashion jewelry may contain base metals — if you have a known metal sensitivity, please email us before ordering.
These items are not intended for children under 13 and are not toys.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order — including after an order has been placed. If we cancel your order, you'll be refunded in full.
Inventory is limited and moves quickly. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Availability is confirmed at checkout.
All text, photography, product descriptions, and brand marks on this site are the property of D'GlamX and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
D'GlamX's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or this website, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
We never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by our secure payment processor; card data goes directly to them.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever.
By joining the Glamm Club or providing your phone number, you consent to receive marketing emails and/or text messages from D'GlamX. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase.
We share only what's necessary with the providers that make the store work: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, and our email/SMS delivery platform. Each is bound to protect your information.
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
